The property was not available. There were plumbing issues I wasn’t made aware of until I read an email received 3 hours before I was to arrive. I drove from Oklahoma, with my tiny dog. I did find a pet friendly hotel last minute, with the cost being much greater than what I’d planned. Not the best trip, but I realize some things can’t be helped. I can’t recommend or rate because I wasn’t able to stay there. The host agreed to refund my payment. Thank you

Perfect for me and my daughter. We loved the bathroom it was amazing very modern. We like vintage so the decor suited us fine. However, new linens would give a more comfortable stay. Over all excellent stay!

The listing for The Hidden Oasis, Green Jewel is accurate, no unexpected surprises on check in. This property is like a mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance on the far end of a larger house on a small lake. The room is larger than your average hotel room with a king sized bed, sitting area, large closet, deck and beautifully renovated bathroom. Everything is very clean and well labeled - it was easy to get on the wi-fi, tv and nest thermostat controls. We were traveling with two older dogs and this pet friendly property worked well for us. There are about six steps down off the deck to a large yard, so it was easy to take the dogs in and out. As other reviews have mentioned the driveway is not paved. It is a gravel driveway that winds between trees and over tree roots. It's fine once you are familiar with it, but if you are arriving after dark just go slow and don't be surprised there are a few bumps. Occasionally I would hear voices coming through the door from the main house, but overall it is a very quiet property without much street noise.
